The Convention Committee is a function of the Past State Presidents and the 2nd Vice President of the MEA that investigate the locations for MEA Conferences. They make site visitations and negotiate contracts.
Future Convention Locations are always being investigated. Room reservation and banquet facility availability, and pricing, to fit the needs and price range of our delegation are always our foremost concern. Please contact one of the Convention Committee Members should you have questions or suggestions for future planning of convention sites.
