Elks National Convention 2022: Atlanta, Georgia

Co-Headquarters hotels for Grand Lodge are the Marriott Marquis and the Westin Peachtree Plaza. Opening ceremonies, daily business and the closing session will be at the Georgia World Congress Center with opening ceremonies at 4 p.m. on Sunday July 3, 2022.Daily business sessions will be Monday & Tuesday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  Wednesday 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Registration and Exhibits will be at the convention center.

16 States plus Michigan will be housed in the Marriott Marquis Hotel.

The DDGER Designate Orientation will be Monday, July 4, 1:00 p.m. Convention pre-registration and event scheduling, sign-up will be open in early April.

Members will be making their own reservations for rooms.  Click here to book your room.
All reservations will be made through a direct link to the hotel and a credit card will be needed to secure a reservation.  A no-show is one night’s charge.  Room confirmations will be sent to members.  When checking in, an additional $50 will be held for incidental charges and will be released about 5 days after checking out.  All rooms must be reserved prior to June 1 to get our convention price of $150/night. 

The hotel is totally non-smoking and has 1633 rooms of which Elks will occupy 1450 with only 20 handicapped rooms available.  It is a traveler’s hotel with no dresser and very limited hanger space.  They provide 6 hangers per room and the bathrooms have a nice liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner available. Each room has an iron, hair dryer, a single cup coffee maker, alarm clock, flat screen TV and small cooler, not quite a refrigerator and they do not stay on 24/7.  They must be restarted after 2-8 hours.  Internet is free in guest rooms and is generally available throughout the hotel. 

 The indoor-outdoor pool closes at 8 p.m. but will stay open later on request. Within the hotel, you may carry a drink with you anywhere inside the Hotel, just do not go outside with the alcohol. This violates State and City law and a violation could result in the hotel shutting down our hospitality room.

 Valet parking is available at a discounted rate of $36.75 per day but only 500 parking spots are available.  There are several self park lots available in the area but they charge every time you enter and leave.  Self serve lots are $25 for 24 hours
